The bed and air conditioning were good. Swimming pool was nice. Weekday rates were great. Friendly workers and comfortable atmosphere. Close to city center and dining outlets.

Foods

The resort offered ample parking space, which was a big relief as I didn't have to worry about finding a spot for my car. the free Wi-Fi provided was a huge plus, although the connection in my room was a bit weak. Lastly, the arcade area with token games was a fun and entertaining way to relax after a long day.

The location of the resort was quite far from the beach and not in a tourist area. This made it less convenient for exploring the surroundings.

Good pools for the kids and a moderate 1.2m swimming pool. The water looks clean. Breakfast is cheap although with limited spread. The pool wiew is acceptable, but not the opposite. The family room bath is big and that's good. A fan in the room would be great to start to cool the room.

I was not aware on the surrounding of the hotel. It is located in a housing estate, Taman Sempurna and the hotel is standing alone in the middle of cleared land and lots of house constructions are on going. We can hear the pounding of metals. The red earth produces some dust smell to the ambience.

This hotel offered a great mini water park and arcade area, which provided fantastic entertainment for myself and my family. the hotel was located near several shops, making it easy to acquire any necessary items. the beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the stay.

The hotel was too far away from any tourist attractions, and the surrounding area was not very appealing. the bathroom was not clean and had issues with the water pressure, which made it difficult to shower.

Cannot remember any...to tired locating the hotel...not listed in teh gps. Signboard not clearly visible. The hotel building itself didn't carry the hotel name.

Cheating. On the internet the location looked okay but acual location was very poor in the middle housing development in progress. If not because on online booking, I wouldn't have opted to satay in this hotel.

The rooms with twin beds are too small. The water pressure is low. No extra pillow, you need too pay rm3 for one pillow. I only allow to check in after 3pm. Check in time is should be 2pm. The access road to the resort is dusty due to the construction work nearby.

The hotel's location in front of a residential area provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. It is also conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and a waterpark, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The hotel facilities, including the comfortable bed and well-functioning air conditioner, added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the friendly staff were always available to assist, creating a welcoming environment.

-Very Far from Town-difficult to find the place -Rooms air condition got problems-not cold at all -No facilities at all -Rooms Bed sheets not changed, very dirty and smelly -Breakfast service and foods very poor -No customer service at all-even ask for toilet paper also unable to provide much.Bad customer services.

Staff at reception is slow in response towards customer requests. Breakfast serve is very limited choices. Room is not clean enough because there is odor in our room. The toilet water heater is too noisy. The bath towel provided look very old and dirty even after washing. Nearby no food stalls.
